Radio Roundtable The Strategy of Disruption

On this episode of the Radio Roundtable on Talk of the Commonwealth the conversation centers on the effectiveness of the strategy to disrupt any and all public meetings and events. The City Manager's State of the City address was disrupted by a single individual to the point that the Manager's message was lost. The Roundtable, Matt Wally, Guillermo Creamer and Randy Feldman, point out that the disruptions can be so annoying and poorly received that it becomes not only ineffective but works against the concerns serious protestors have.
